Content platform – IKE project (2008)

Proposal – Initiated June 2008

What is an Integrated Knowledge Environment?

An integrated knowledge environment is an online experience for members of college and university communities that simplifies the collaboration about, access to, and creation, storage, organization, and publishing of knowledge, beyond the classroom, and across media and devices. An integrated knowledge environment also brings together persuasive, informative, collaborative, and transactional communications.

The IKE Project was originally developed in collaboration with Diane KubarekĀ  and Al Gonzalez from Cornell University.
