We want you!

We’re just getting started with our project to redesign Bates’ home site — the home page and the pages right after — and we’re looking for folks who want to be part of the process.

As we work on this project, you’ll have several opportunities to provide input. Here are the dates [updated] to keep in mind for feedback sessions.

  • March 19
  • March 25
  • April13
  • April 21

I’ll provide more information as we get closer. Let me know if you’re interested. (Of course, you can always share a comment on this blog!)

Do not like the new format on the web site regarding athletics. The old one was more informative with a good grasp on current events and short term history. Do something with it please. Bob Greenberg ‘54

Thank you for commenting, Bob. The new page is, indeed, different, and you pointed out the main differences.

We worked hard to include all of the elements on the current Athletics page as well as presenting the defining characteristics of Bates approach to athletics. The news and game results are still evolving, but all of the links to teams, programs, and facilities are there.

Please let me know what you would like to see as we continue to improve the home site.

    -Jay
